Excited ponies will read fortunes for weeks.

Applejack will not work on her farm.

Conclusion - Applejack will lose her farm.

PinkiePie will be so obsessed with fortune telling that she will lose trust of Mr and Mrs Caces.

So machine was really predicting future with logic, but by predicting future it also causes it to change, oh the irony.

I still don't get it.... What ABOUT Pinkie losing her job and AppleJack losing Sweet Apple Acres? Those fortunes are... what, null? -Is slow-

Twilight explains - those probably happened because they were so obsessed with the fortunes that they would probably be there for weeks, reading them (thus ruining business for Sugarcube Corner/Sweet Apple Acres). After their epiphany, this will no longer happen. The machine only predicted it in the first place because it never expected to be destroyed, as Twilight also explains.
